How long is the conversation recording kept?
You can configure the storage of conversation records in your personal account from 30 to 365 days.
How can I listen to the recorded conversations?
There is a convenient filter in SipSim's personal account where you can find all the records with each client or listen to them in the connected CRM system.
Can the call recordings be deleted?
Only the account administrator has the authority to delete call recordings. Managers or any other employees do not have the access rights to remove call recordings.
For which mobile phones is call recording not available?
All SIPSIM features are available on any mobile device. No additional applications are required to use the service, so call recording will be accessible on any smartphone.
What do I need to connect SIPSIM?
